Our client is seeking a Office Administrator with experience in a law firm to join their Central London office. Experience working in a law firm is essential.
The main focus of this busy role is on archiving. You will be responsible for checking, recording & closing client files, ready to be sent to storage.

The role does involve some lifting and carrying, as well as running errands, both within and outside the office. It isn't therefore suitable for anyone who cannot commit to fairly light but regular physical activity.


In addition to archiving work, you will cover absences in the Post Room and lunch breaks and holiday absences for their Receptionist.

You will be covering the main reception desk, so a smart appearance and good interpersonal skills are essential. You willbe dealing face to face (and by phone) with clients and visitors, as well as with your colleagues.


You will also need to have good IT skills and be willing to assist with straightforward IT problem-solving & equipment set up tasks across the office.


This is a responsible and varied role and you should be flexible and adaptable, with a positive outlook and 'can do' attitude.

Previous experience in these areas in a similar environment is advantageous.


Most of the firms fee-earners now work on a hybrid basis, so are in the office for some of the week only.

However, you will be joining a small Admin/HR team, all of whom are fully office-based.


The firm are seeking someon to able to join them as soon as possible and it is essential that you can commit to working full-time in the office.

This role isn't appropriate for hybrid working.
