Your Role:

Responsibilities include screening patients, coaching and training the team, and maintaining department standards. Access to training programs and support is readily available from in store, regional, and home office teams.

Key responsibilities include coaching, training, and developing new patient services to meet customer needs. Requirements include being a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC, registered performer with the NHS area team or health board, accreditation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

When applying for any Optical position, GOC registration and Right To Work in the UK are mandatory. Compliance involves providing evidence of being on the NHS performer list, clinical references, and accreditation.
