An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Atherstone based children's homes for Residential Support Workers We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives.

Essential Information

  • We offer full time and bank contracts
  • We offer a basic salary of £22,105.20 to £23, £10.90 to £11.52 per hour), plus £2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 810 sleep ins per month)
  • 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum
  • We offer higher rates of pay for Team Leader and Deputy Manager positions
  • You will receive a monthly rota
  • This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, new year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children
  • Flexible shift patterns and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in
  • You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • No experience needed
