Welland Park Academy is a popular and oversubscribed Academy.
We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for a Premises Officer in the Academy's Estates Team.

In this role, you will be ensuring that the Academy is set out and ready for standard and irregular activities as specified.

You will have a range of defined tasks across the Academy and will also respond to tasks requested by the Operations Director.

Tasks will include the movement of materials around the Academy, setting out furniture and equipment, some basic maintenance tasks, building security including key-holder responsibilities and some cleaning tasks.

You will be working on a 3-week rotating shift system, working hours include both early pm) and late pm) shifts and includes working one Saturday in three.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working as part of a team possibly in a service orientated environment, have experience of general DIY at work or in your personal life and the ability to understand UK health and safety rules.

You will be customer focused, have good communication skills and be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.


In addition, the team also looks after the Academy fleet, security, health and safety, environment, maintenance, lettings, business continuity and rooming.

Your areas of responsibility will vary so flexibility and the ability to prioritise are essential along with attention to detail.
