Private/business Pa to Founders

Boutique private equity firm in St James's is looking for an EA to support the two founders with their extensive private and business interests.

Probably 50/50 private/business you will be based in the office over five days and as part of a small team you will work alongside a junior PA and be pivotal in supporting the founders in a true right hand capacity.

Of course in a role at this level chemistry is key so you will need to match their drive, commitment and energy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working at Board level or for HNW's and who has the self confidence to take ownership and drive your own projects as well as being involved in making key decisions.

You must have experience in high level private family support (personal travel/private jets/domestic household staffing etc).


The role would suit a career EA who has experience in a smaller office and in a fast-paced environment as you will wear many hats and need a 'no job is too small' attitude.

It will suit someone who is a real self-starter and who is proactive and highly organised with excellent emotional intelligence and who doesn't need to be micro-managed.

You will also need to have sound business acumen and ideally experience of having worked either in a family office environment or private equity/asset management and experience in providing private support for the founders.

You also must be flexible as the role is not a 9-5 role


This is a real opportunity for you to get fully involved across the team and as a professional EA with excellent communications/tech skills really make your mark on the role.
