CRM Executive
Leeds (LS15) / Hybrid - typically 3 days per week in the office

You'll be self-motivated with a "can do" attitude that is rarely satisfied and is always on the lookout for the next opportunity to improve the channel.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll do:
- Supporting the Senior CRM Manager in a Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible for building and scheduling CRM campaigns that drive user engagement, conversions and repeat purchases.
- Build effective, automated lifecycle campaigns across markets, including retargeting, crossselling and reactivation initiatives.
- Deliver highly personalised and innovative communications that reach our target audiences with the right message at the right time.
- Proactivity explore data acquisition opportunities to support market growth and penetration.
- Work with designers/ content writers to build, manage and execute campaigns endtoend, ensuring all communications have engaging, dynamic and effective content, and that the customer experience is frictionless
- Ability to segment audiences to ensure right messages delivered at right time to maximise success.
- Report on CRM KPIs and success metrics to provide data driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Thoroughly proofing, testing and amending creatives where necessary
Some of the skills and experience you'll bring:
- 1+ years' experience in a CRM or a digital marketing role with an emphasis on engagement and optimisation
- Naturally organised and be able to manage several different projects at once
- Task orientated, comfortable working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise
- Fastidious about detail, with a good instinct for creative design
- An understanding of HTML and liquid language to personalise communication.
- A strong communicator and a great collaborator, able to build effective crossfunctional relationships
- Interested in digital, loyalty and CRM and aware of emerging trends
- Highly numerate, comfortable working with data and interpreting it to draw conclusions and unlock insights to optimise performance
- Naturally calm under pressure
- A positive, team player empathetic and able to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
