In short:


Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team to support the growth of our Global Marketing and Communications teams.

In this role, you will help shape On's teams through collaborating with stakeholders, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing D&I sourcing strategies and engaging with top creative talent communities globally.

This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and creative ways of delivering state of the art recruitment.


Your Mission:

  • Leverage your strong understanding of On's business and take full ownership recruiting for the Global Marketing and Communications teams
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and the Marketing and Comms function to assess talent requirements and advise on best hiring strategy
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for attracting active and passive talent from underrepresented groups
  • Keep hiring managers and the teams uptodate with relevant highlights and market trends as well as supporting with data driven decision making
  • Partner with the broader talent team and take part in ad hoc projects and initiatives (e.g. building creative communities and talent pools, establish (university) partnerships, driving talent initiatives to support the diversification of our hiring funnels)

Your story:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting with the majority of that experience in an inhouse recruiter role preferably in the consumer products industry
  • You are passionate about sourcing and researching
  • Experience recruiting for Marketing, Creative and Comms roles (from Intern
- to Director-level)

  • You trust your tools as much as your data, are known for your organisational skills and your ability to prioritise according to what is critical for the business
  • Experience working with LinkedIn, Gem and Greenhouse is ideal
  • You bring experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior recruiters and diverse groups of business leaders
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
