We specialise in all aspects of dams and reservoir engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Energy and Cities & Development. We continue to provide industry-leading engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. Your Purpose
- Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
- Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
- Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
- Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Set ting quality assurance standards in design.
- Grow , develop and manage dams and reservoirs engineering capability within the practice.
What you can bring
- Chartered Civil Engineer.
- Currently are or working towards being a Reservoir Supervising Engineer
- Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
- knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering as applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their associated hydraulic structures.
- In depth knowledge of current UK design standards, guidance and working practices including the Reservoirs Act .

We offer a competitive salary that is regularly tested against other consultants with a default 25-days leave each year plus bank holidays and options to buy some or sell of that leave. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
