Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role would be highly beneficial but is not essential - all training will be provided in house.

The successful applicant must be keen to learn and assist their colleagues in a busy warehouse environment.

General role and responsibilities:

  • Packing and distribution of online orders
  • Assisting colleagues with daily loading of vehicles for deliveries
  • Assisting colleagues with unloading of goods received into stock from suppliers
  • Keeping stock in good, tidy order and maintaining the layout of stock in the warehouse
  • Keeping the warehouse and yard clean and tidy
  • Building an excellent knowledge of our brands and products
  • Greet collection customers at our Trade Counter
  • Reporting any damaged stock, incorrect or missing items
  • Ensure all work is carried out within appropriate Health and Safety guidelines adhered to

Essential skills:

  • Physically fit, able to deal with lifting and packaging
  • Enthusiastic, cando attitude towards the role and learning new skills
  • Polite and friendly manner toward customers
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Responsible and capable of complete tasks using own initiative when needed
  • Good attention to detail and good timekeeping
As part of a growing business the role would have potential for job development.

Hours and Salary
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00
