Your role involves **developing, introducing, and launching new or modified processes and facilities** related to the **assembly of new vehicle models**.

Job Description

  • **Plan, develop, and implement BIW assembly processes** to meet Safety, Quality, Timing, and Cost objectives.
  • Provide feasibility assessments for **Product Development designs** to align with manufacturing requirements.
  • **Ensure robust process quality planning** through simulations and PFMEA's.
  • Support physical builds at different locations, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate the suitability of manufacturing technologies for various applications.
  • Manage **supplier requests for quotations** and verify assembly processes.
  • **Support problem-solving** initiatives to achieve KPI's.
  • Assist in **managing technical issues** and guiding the team.
  • Meet Equipment Capability targets for new facilities.

Qualifications

**Required:**

  • **Engineering qualification** (preferably Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering) or relevant experience in BIW manufacturing.
  • Experience in **delivering and launching BIW assembly line facilities**.
  • Strong **problem-solving skills**, quality issue investigation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management experience in equipment delivery.
  • Ability to work in teams, take ownership, and prioritize effectively.
