Boo Koos in Helston, are looking for Wait Staff who have some weekday daytime availability. Customer Service experience is desirable but wait experience is not, as we will provide training.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to multitask well in busy periods.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. portion sizes, ingredients and food allergens (allergen training provided)
• Prepare tables by arranging table settings
• Upsell additional products
• Ensure age requirements for consumption of alcohol are meet.
• Accurately take and serve food and drinks orders
• Deliver bills and collect payments
• Clear tables of dirty dishes and deliver to the washing area
• Liaise with coworkers to inform yourself on new menu items, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e. g. parties)
• Follow relevant Regulations: Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and ID checks for alcohol consumption
• Carry out drink (soft, alcoholic and milkshake) preparation
