My client are a prime residential main contractor based in SW London, who specialise, and have an established track record in delivering seamless construction projects, to the highest of standards.
Owned by experience Directors, their projects include prime residential new builds, refurbishments and full fit outs of private single dwellings, with contract values ranging up to £5m.
They have an established presence in SW London, Chelsea and Kensington and have a team of dedicated individuals, working alongside leading architects and skilled craftsmen to deliver high quality bespoke residences.
Due to their volume of current and pipelined projects, they are now currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will have previous experience working as an Assistant QS on prime residential projects.
This is a great opportunity to attain a position working on high quality projects within a company that has a family feel and a genuinely team focused environment.
This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyors who are keen to be recognised and rewarded for their success and who wish to secure a long term career with the company.
