We are assisting a reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on an education scheme in Surrey.

**About Our Client**

Our client specializes in education, healthcare, residential, commercial, retail, and leisure schemes up to £100million+.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Prepare tender and contract documents
* Estimate material quantities, costs, labor, etc.
* Undertake cost analysis
* Arrange payments and value completed works

**Requirements**

* Strong communication skills
* Experience working for a subcontractor
* Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
* Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
* Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
