The Product Analytics and Experimentation team, part of the Data & Analytics department in Technology, focuses on delivering actionable data through analysis and experimentation. They support digital products like Tesco Groceries & Clubcard app, website, and store tills. The team emphasizes innovation and is dedicated to transforming Technology to lead in e-commerce.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, and User Experience leads to understand data needs and translate business challenges into analyses
  • Utilizing data to make product recommendations based on customer and colleague usage of digital products
  • Setting objectives for product teams and measuring their progress
  • Conducting in-depth analyses using various tools and data sources and sharing findings with product teams
  • Developing and automating dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau and presenting data insights to stakeholders
  • Learning new analytics techniques, tools, and adhering to the Business Code of Conduct

The position is based in Farringdon, London, or Welwyn Garden City Head Office with occasional travel between offices, promoting flexible working options.

You Will Need

To qualify for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Experience in data analysis, storytelling, and using visualization tools
  • Knowledge in Adobe/Google Analytics and/or SQL
  • A degree in a quantitative discipline or related field
