A bit about the role...


Working as part of a team led by the Assistant Director Affordable Housing Grants, this role will focus on the successful business development, implementation and management of affordable housing programmes.

You will lead a highly experienced, national team of 8+ responsible for a number of business critical activities.

You will play a fundamental role to project manage strategic and operational activities which underpin both the design and oversight of grantfunded products and programmes.

You will be managing internal and external stakeholders, working closely with both cross Agency and Government departments.


The team works in a collaborative/flexible way and has a culture that values diversity in experience and perspective to foster good decision making and problem solving.

Working with a number of key stakeholders and a professional team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolutionof project objectives supporting the delivery of more affordable housing.


A bit about you


You'll bring significant experience of leading teams and projects across a range of work streams, working in a collaborative and inclusive way.

With this you will have strong background in business development and programme management - leading on the endto end process for project design, implementation and management.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing diverse stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational requirementslinked to affordable housing delivery.


You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, turn around objectives with efficiency and accuracy and handle changing and expansive portfolios.

You will also be an excellent communicator and be able to negotiate and persuade with confidence.


You will bring both experience and a strong understanding of affordable housing, grant programmes, business development processes and policy/strategy development.
