About Us: 4th Dimension Innovation Limited excels in providing specialized claims handling services to insurance companies and brokers within the motorcycle sector. We are committed to continuous professional development, supporting individuals in obtaining Chartered Institute of Insurance qualifications as they progress in their insurance careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations effectively.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Manage nonfault motorcycle claims with precision.
- Accurately record information in the company's internal claim management system.
- Provide customers with timely and informative claim updates.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience in a credit hire claims handling role.
- Good understanding of the ABI GTA.
- Solid knowledge of Credit Hire case law.
- Eager and helpful approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Logical thinking and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
- ACII certificates are desirable.
