This role will be based in West Ruislip. If you're looking to take on responsibilities like procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain, then this could be the perfect match for you.

We need someone with solid experience in the civil engineering sector. The site itself is in West Ruislip, offering a mix of on-site and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead and manage efficient documentation processes.
  • Support procurement activities including producing subcontract documentation.
  • Oversee subcontracts from start to finish.
  • Handle subcontract documentation and payment applications.
  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams for effective solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Past involvement in rail or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Power Bi.
  • Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field.
  • MRICS or MCInstCES qualification.
About the Company and Role

As the chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of an established main contractor working on the iconic HS2 project. This leading joint venture consortium JV is responsible for a significant part of the tunnelling work for High Speed 2 (HS2) in London.

The project's value is approximately £2 billion, with an expected completion date around 2025. Flexible working is encouraged, and opportunities for professional development, including further study support, are available for the right candidates.
