Job Title: CRM Manager

Salary: £27k - £30k

Location: Lichfield (must be within a commutable distance and must drive due to office location)

Are you a data-savvy professional with a passion for ensuring accuracy and relevance in company databases? IRIS are seeking a CRM Manager to join a marketing and sales team at a leading technology partner. In this role, you will hold ultimate responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the integrity of the company's data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Ownership: Manage and oversee the initial bulk upload of marketing data into the company database using provided tools, ensuring data is future-proofed.
  • Regular Updates: Conduct regular bulk uploads and data refreshes to keep data current and relevant.
  • Research: Fill data gaps by researching target job roles at relevant organisations to provide accurate market lead data.
  • Data Processing: Cleanse and verify all data used for lead generation, ensuring GDPR compliance, and remove outdated records as needed.
  • CRM Maintenance: Input accurate data into the CRM system to maintain compliant and informative records.
  • Lead Identification: Use insights from web visitors, social visitors, and intent topics to identify warm leads, add these to the CRM system, and distribute to the Sales and Marketing team for follow-up.
  • Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to provide relevant data sets to support campaigns and maximise ROI.
  • Segmentation and Reporting: Segment data within the CRM system, build lists for effective email campaigns, and provide monthly reports on data coverage against defined targets.
  • Database Improvement: Continuously assess and improve database performance and functionality.

General Responsibilities:

  • Endorse and adopt the company's Mission Statement and supporting policies.
  • Maintain a Personal Development Plan and participate in relevant training, meetings, or conferences.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety legislation.

  • Solution-based and customer-focused.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Effective teamworking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • CRM/database management experience.
  • Experience building data lists.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with excellent time management skills.
