You will be working in a 5 bed and 1 Flat Bungalow in the Worksop area; working with the existing team to recognise and respond to the needs of the individual, enabling people with autism to live their lives with dignity, choice and independence.


In this role, you will be caring for service users with moderate and severe autism, helping them with their everyday needs.

This position promises to be rewarding, with no two days the same.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Attending to personalised care plans
  • Completing daily activities with residents and providing a friendly
face- Filling out relevant paperwork

Rate of pay for this support worker role will be £11.00 per hour- Working Hours: You will be typically working either 07:30 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 22:30 with days being available between Saturday or Sunday

Experience & Qualifications:

To demonstration you experience and suitability for the role of Support Worker you will need:

  • An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
  • Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
  • A Referenceable work history
  • At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
Due to the location of the home, it is recommended that you have your own transport.
