Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate stock records on the computer system and recording stock movements.
  • Reconciling goods received with purchase orders and updating the stock control system.
  • Generating and managing purchase orders with suppliers from the UK, EU, and Far East.
  • Verifying supplier invoices and ensuring costs align with initial quotations.
  • Monitoring purchase orders to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
  • Coordinating with Freight Forwarders for the import of new stock into the UK.
