Training on each and every aspect of the role will be given by one of our experienced Supervisors or Managers.

What will you be doing?


Starting your working life at Whitbys you will be working side by side with one of our trained Supervisors/Managers following our one to one training program.

You will be trained to serve food, hot drinks and clean tables.


Upon training completion, you will be integrated into the team; working with a crew of 8-12 waitresses/waiters on shift, serving customers in our 150-cover restaurant and giving the best customer service.

Trading Hours: 11.30am to 9pm

Hours: 36+ hours, typically 4 days over a week, _
including a weekend day _and flexibility for holiday cover

Rate of pay:
Trial rate starting from £8.95 depending on age and then upon a successful trial, £11.25 regardless of age
+ Tips ( Please note, As of April 1st, this rate will be increased )

Benefits :
Paid holidays, uniform is provided, tips shared equally between all staff monthly.
