  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while effectively managing resources and risks
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing construction projects for a multi-site clinical business
  • Strong understanding of healthcare facility design, construction methodologies, and regulations

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED Accredited Professional are a plus
  • A plus: Experience in managing projects across Europe.

This role is based in London, with opportunities for hybrid in-office and remote working. At Neko Health, we offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where innovation and collaboration are encouraged. If you are passionate about leveraging your construction management expertise to contribute to the advancement of healthcare, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey

We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you
