ELEVATE Team Lead


We are looking for someone who has a passion for building and leading teams to join us as a Team Lead.

This newly formed role will support our growing team to reach exceptional levels of performance by understanding how to get the best out of people.

You will manage between 5-8 Sales Development Reps who work remotely.

The unique nature of our remote and global working is what makes this role so pivotal in the success of our business.

You have managed Sales teams, Inside Sales Reps, or a Lead Development process before

Preferred but not essential
(If you don't have these elements, but you have all the above and can adapt and learn at pace, please consider applying)

B2B experience

Working in a remote environment with globally dispersed teams and clients

Knowledge of working with complex global enterprises (Fortune 500, FTSE 250)

Sales and/or Marketing experience

Experience with best-in-class Sales Enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, , Sales Loft, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo)

Assessing and developing your team so that they reach their full potential with us. This includes spotting development opportunities in our other divisions.

Enabling your team to thrive.

This includes onboarding them, ensuring they have all the training they need, and ensuring they are engaged and want to go the extra mile for us.

Building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional performance for our clients.

Work hand in glove with the People and Talent department to create exceptional experiences for our people


Work daily with the Project Management organization to ensure client engagements are resourced correctly with the right mix of skills, experience, and capabilities.

Work with the Divisional Lead and Project Managers to ensure we have forward-looking people capacity to meet our growth objectives
