Responsibilities

  • Work closely with QA leadership to ensure all areas of the game are tested to a high standard.
  • Prepare detailed test plans and test plans based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide personal support, mentoring and professional development to the QA team.
  • Proactively evaluate your team's performance and workload and make decisions on how to improve and support them.
  • Continually evaluate the process and propose improvements to the broader development team.
  • Be a point of contact for QA communication across the studios.
  • Liaise with external testing resources and coordinate the work between shifts.
  • Autonomously make decisions and adapt to arising situations.
  • Triage and manage defects, proactively working with the development team towards resolving critical issues.
  • Create, monitor, and control metrics impacting product and team quality.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and building highperforming teams.
  • Indepth knowledge of game testing methodologies.
  • Proficient with Jira or similar bugtracking databases.
  • Proficient with perforce or similar source control solutions.
  • Technically proficient and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable collaborating with multiple disciplines.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Love playing games with interests in many different genres and a passion for developing highquality experiences.
