Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Booking client appointments for fee earners and relevant interpreters
  • Updating fee earner diaries
  • Liaising with clients about appointments as well as other concerns and queries that they may have
  • Opening new client files
  • Printing and sending post
  • Updating incoming and outgoing post spreadsheets
  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Meeting and greeting clients who attend the office

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£20,820.80 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
