About Community Integrated Care

Who You'll Support
Join us in supporting two lovely ladies, aged between 60 to 75, who enjoy various activities such as going out, swimming, and music. They seek support to maintain their independence, enjoy baking, social outings, and laughter.
- The residents' preferences: outdoor activities, music, baking, dining out, meeting new people, and group engagements
- Shared accommodation details: wheelchair accessible bungalow with 3 bedrooms, lovely garden with seasonal decorations, shared living spaces decorated with family photos
- Female-only support team with additional 1-1 hours support
- Shift patterns: various shifts including sleep-ins and additional support hours, ensuring a rolling rota for weekends off
- Mandatory training provided for Learning disabilities, Dementia, and Moving and Positioning
