You will be responsible for a caseload of 45 larners, delivering apprenticeships in Residential Childcare.

You will have to embed Functional Skills as part of the full apprenticeship standard, but there is a team of Functional skills tutors readily available.


  • Salary: £31,000
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week
  • Pension, Holidays
  • Company Car allowance

For this role you will need:

  • Experience delivering Residential Childcare at Level 4 or 5 full apprenticeships
  • At least 2 years' occupational experience in a Residential Childcare setting in a Managerial role (Deputy/Assistant role is sufficient)
  • A1 Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc.)
  • The ability to manage your own diary
