We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Childcare Assessor to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting learners working towards qualifications in Residential Childcare Level 3.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of learners and conduct remote and face-to-face observations to gather evidence towards their level 3 qualification.
- Support learners in achieving their learning goals and objectives.
- Organize and maintain online documentation on learners' progress.
- Develop and implement effective learning plans to meet the needs of learners.
- Liaise with internal and external agencies to support the overall goals of the company and learners.
- Must hold an Assessor Award, CAVA or TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33 or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working within a childcare residential setting and be qualified to Level 5 in children and young people's awards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity and quality assurance.
- Must have a proficient level of ICT skills and understanding of e-portfolios.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Be a team player.
- A competitive salary banding beginning at £27,000.
