Start Date: September 2024

My client, a high-achieving Independent secondary school is looking for a confident and effective Mathematics teacher to enhance the academic, wellbeing and personal growth for students of all abilities.

Every student is provided with the opportunity to learn, achieve, and succeed to their highest potential. Consequently, they work diligently towards meeting the learning needs of students and this includes encouraging participation in sports activities, the development of essential life skills and nurturing positive relationships within the school and the community.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Qualified Teacher (holding QTS or QTLS) with post-qualification teaching experience, and preferably a Mathematics specialism.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the national curriculum and school guidelines.
  • Deliver lessons in a clear and concise manner, making use of a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
  • Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents, and other agencies.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' progress, concerns, and achievements
