Pay Rate:
£13.82 per hour

Work Pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off

Mandatory Qualifications:
SIA Door Supervisors Licence

Main Responsibilities:

Safety and Security:

  • Proactively patrol and monitor all public spaces to ensure the safety and security of visitors and the collection.
  • Complete all necessary security checks.
  • Take appropriate action to manage any areas of concern.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation throughout the Museum.
  • Provide information and guidance to visitors about the public programme, collections, and facilities.
  • Manage visitor flow and crowd control.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a busy tourism, cultural, or commercial environment.
  • Skilled in crowd control and queue management.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional with a passion for delivering excellent visitor experiences.
