Napthens are hiring a Legal Assistant/Secretary to support our Private Client department.


Working closely with our Legal Director you are providing support in the day-to-day progression of files, office administration and management of diaries', calls and internal administration.


Work experience gained within any similar private client or busy legal department as a legal assistant or legal secretary would certainly be helpful.

Your IT skills operating a case management system are essential. We use Proclaim and if you have used this system before that would be a nice bonus.

Your working knowledge of private client would help you in this position.

Please be aware that we would like you to work in our Lytham office on a full time basis.
