Your role as a Pub Operations Director will involve...

Collaborating with your business development manager and management team to enhance pub revenue. Leading by example in all your actions and bringing our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Recruiting and developing your team to ensure they possess the knowledge necessary to delight our customers. Upholding brand standards and ensuring the safety of both customers and staff at all times.

What you will bring to the role...

Exceptional standards and meticulous attention to detail in all facets of managing a successful pub. Strong interpersonal skills, resulting in excellent communication and leadership abilities. A business-minded approach, with a sharp focus on profit and loss management. A commitment to individuality and a genuine care for others, your pub, and the environment. Previous experience in a General Manager role is preferred; a background in hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments is beneficial, along with the right attitude and outlook. A willingness to learn and a sense of fulfillment when achieving new goals. #LI-CY1
