Knowledge and experience :

  • NAT FED SOR Experience
Experience of customer facing service, meeting the requirements of a diverse range of customers Experience of diagnosing and managing repairs to residential property Experience of carrying out administrative tasks to a high level of accuracy and quality Understanding of the principles of Value for Money Good knowledge of computerised systems
