About the role


International SOS is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join us on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract, The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Medical team during the transition and implementation of the new referral managementsystem interface.

Supporting tasks will include development of business requirements, data mapping and manipulation, Salesforce configuration for business-process automation, Salesforce reports and dashboards development and other required reporting to supportMedical teams during the above mentioned implementation.


Key responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce to support processes streamlining and workflow automation
  • Develop and implement Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor and track performance
  • Lead workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, drive feasibility studies to automate processes and ensure the measurement of KPIs
  • Develop and submit Salesforce Change Requests
  • Documents and maintains process maps and work instructions to support tracking of data elements
  • Build effective and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an interface between the Medical Team and Salesforce CRM, IT, Testing/Quality Assurance and Data Analytics teams
  • Work closely with all delivery teams, including QA, to ensure that defined Change Requests are properly implemented, tested, and delivered, taking when needed a lead role
  • Where applicable, measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce project lifecycle from analysis, design, to implementation and adoption
  • Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems
  • Sets clearly defined objectives; Plans activities and projects well in advance
  • Project management tools and techniques knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of Software Process Improvements. E.g.; code documentation guidelines, peer reviews, requirement traceability, testing strategies, etc.

Required Work Experience

  • At least 3 years in a Business Analyst Role, with proven experience of process and system analysis
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce system
  • Extensive experience building Salesforce Reports and Dashboards and driving their adoption
  • Experienced with Issue Tracking tools like Jira, Design tools (MS Visio), Test management tools (Test Rail) and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint)
