KM4 Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support the Technical Department for our client in North Hertfordshire. This is on a long-term temporary basis.

What you'll do

  • Support the Technical Manager in daily operations of the Quality Assurance Department.
  • Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicator software.
  • Support in dealing with customer complaints and returns.
  • Occasional trips to other depots.
  • Responsible for the management of shared Key accounts for Quality, Technical and Ethical requirements.
  • Liaise with approved testing laboratories in resolving compliance issues.
  • Perform inspections on goods in warehouse facilities.
  • Any other tasks as requested.

What you'll need

  • High attention to detail.
  • Willingness to help others when required.
  • Due to location and occasional travel, a driver with access to a car would be preferred.

Details

  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am5:30pm.
  • Office based only.
- £12 per hour (£23,400 per annum).
