As Royal Mail continues to evolve, we are seeking a Senior Performance Business Partner for the South West region.

The Role:

This key leadership role involves partnering with the Regional Operations Director and senior teams to achieve performance measures. The Senior Performance Business Partner will provide expertise to drive quality performance improvement, focusing on delivery performance.

Responsibilities include prioritizing improvement activities, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders to deliver results.

  • Develop and drive improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and regulatory requirements
