Job Description:


Are you looking for an opportunity to excel as an EHS&Q Compliance Manager? You'll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and supervising all facets of the company's compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations and standards. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and industry best practices, while also identifying and mitigating risks related to non-compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay informed on EHS&Q regulations at local, state, national, and international levels.
  • Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Policy Development:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update EHS&Q-related company policies.
  • Ensure policy alignment with current regulations and industry standards.
  • Training and Education:
    Develop and deliver EHS&Q training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Ensure employee awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Devise strategies to mitigate risks and enhance overall compliance.
  • Auditing and Monitoring:
    Establish a robust auditing program to monitor compliance.
  • Lead investigations into EHS&Q incidents, accidents, or non-compliance issues.
  • Generate reports for regulatory agencies when necessary.
  • Produce internal reports on compliance metrics and performance.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Health and Safety or specialized engineering discipline (preferred).
  • Leadership experience in EHS and quality initiatives.
  • Knowledge of EHS&Q management systems and related standards.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, hazard identification, and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication skills for policy conveyance, training, and regulatory interactions.
  • Project management expertise for EHS and quality projects.
