About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Medical Staffing Coordinator. This is a key role within our Urgent and Emergency Care Collaborative, responsible for coordinating medical staffing and associated rotas for our Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate short notice cover and rota gaps
  • Monitor safe staffing compliance and process annual leave and sick leave
  • Coordinate sickness processing and escalate in line with our Attendance Management Policy
  • Monitor compliance with Junior Doctors Contract, SAS Doctors Contract, and Consultant Contract
  • Prepare management reports as required
