About The Role


You will assist with all print and finishing equipment machinery, including two digital presses, a laminator, creaser, folder, and guillotine.

Additionally, you will be responsible for packaging production, ensuring it is ready for collection or distribution. Working quickly and efficiently is a must, with the ability to stay calm and present in busy situations. Please note that a significant portion of this job will require standing.

Key qualities for this role include a professional and genuine cheery manner, excellent interpersonal skills, and a readiness for a bit of banter

Skills

  • Mac & PC Skills a must.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, written and verbal.
  • Managing two Ricoh Digital print presses using Fiery software.
  • Finishing work including using the guillotine, creaser, laminator etc.
  • You should be a confident multitasker who thrives working to tight deadlines.
  • You should be selfmotivated and great as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • We expect a high standard of organizational skills with file handling experience.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and finishing.
  • The ability to constantly juggle multiple jobs across various stages of finishing.
  • You are a fast learner and can execute instructions and tasks quickly and to a high standard.
  • You thrive in a lively team with a great sense of humour.
  • Adhoc admin tasks as required.
  • Be able to provide support to the wider team as required.
  • Able to fit into an existing workflow system.
  • Good common sense

Experience
Experience in print or graphic design would be preferred but not essential. Training will be provided on all machinery.

Job Type
Part Time (roughly 3-5hours) Suggested hours would be 11am-3pm. However, flexibility to amend hours to suit demand in production would be very beneficial. Full days would be required to help with holiday cover.
