Parador Care Support is seeking Support Workers (preferably with experience) to support shifts for a Paediatric Male client.

PA Specification

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Excellent Communication Skills using Eye Gaze
  • Wheelchair user Outside
  • Physically fit and able to play on the floor
  • Experience of being able to play and engage with Paediatric Client
  • Driver with use of Automatic Adapted Vehicle
  • Household Activities
  • Previous Experience of Paediatric Care preferred
  • Working in Clients Home
  • Weekend & School Holiday hours
  • Personal Care

Term Hours 2:30 - 19:00 Every Monday Thursday & Friday:

  • 07:00
  • 19:00 Saturday & Sunday once every 4 weeks.
  • School Holidays 07:00 19:00 or 19:00 07:00

  • Attending Therapy session

Excellent pay Rates £17 - £19ph:

  • £25 payment made if shift picked up in less than 24 hours

Parador Care Support is NOT an agency and you will be employed by the client and all shifts are offered on a rolling rota basis and not adhoc like normal agency practices.
