Responsibilities and duties
Our ambition is that every day is a day well lived for our residents (and our staff).

Your job is to always promote residents' rights to be cared for in the way they choose and to deliver and monitor care services in the following areas:

  • Social care and relationships
  • Daily living
  • Communication
  • Physical health and personal care
  • Administration of medication as directed
  • Mealtime experiences and nutrition
  • Mobilisation
  • Management of continence
  • Rest and comfort
  • The environment
  • Completion of care plans, and other records and reports as required
  • Delivery of a quality service
  • Evaluation of practice and use of new knowledge to continually improve practice
  • Relate to, and interact with, residents and other people in a manner that promotes selfesteem and a positive selfimage
  • Report risks of harm to residents and others
  • Assistance to maintain healthy and safe practices in the home

Qualifications and skills
Experience of working in a care-related field is an advantage.

However, we're looking for people who can live our values and want to deliver high quality care to our residents.

All training will be provided.
