They will help you learn your new role while encouraging continuous engagment and commitment to your level 3 course.
The role of a Recruitment Administrator (Apprentice):

Alongside fulfilling your NVQ Level 3 remotely one day a week, you will work in office 4 days a week at Reds10 to support the Recruitment team with all administration and coordination.

The Administrator contributes to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Recruitment team by maintaining organised systems and providing support on recruitment policies, practices and processes across our offices, factory and construction sites.

It is important that as the Recruitment Administrator you help the team source individuals that not only can excel in their role but also that fit the vibrant and collaborative environment.


The accountabilities:

  • Excellent candidate experience in line with Reds10 purpose and philosophies
  • Effectiveness and quality of recruitment administrative activities
  • Upholding strict confidentiality of internal and external information of a sensitive nature
  • Compliance with employment law, regulations, and company policies
  • Compliance with all Reds10 ISO/BOPAS requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives
  • The roles and responsibilities of our Apprentice Business Administrator
  • Maintain and keep up to date all recruitment trackers, databases and compliance documentation
  • Write and publish job adverts for all relevant Reds10 vacancies
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, online platforms, industry networks, and direct sourcing
  • Review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates' suitability for construction labour roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand labour requirements and preferences
  • Present shortlisted candidates, facilitate interviews, and coordinate assessments
  • Ensure an amazing candidate experience by providing timely updates and constructive communication
  • Organise and coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and assessments
The key skills of our Recruitment Administrator (Apprentice):

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to pass information clearly and accurately
  • Exemplary customer service and strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to operate software such as MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint confidently and efficiently
  • A goal-oriented mindset and good organisational skills
  • Professional demeanour, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Adaptability to learn new tools and techniques
  • Willingness to tackle new challenges to solve problems
  • Great attention to detail
