We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills who is able to demonstrate the ability to work as a Team player and also to work independently.

The post holder will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with patient and carer queries in a sensitive and empathetic manner due to the nature of the service.


By the nature of the duties, the post holder is required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, relatives and visitors with courtesy and discretion at all times.
