Basic £18k - £32k OTE approx. £35k - £55k (depending on experience)
- Advising potential Tenants immediately a new property comes on to the books
- Accompanying Applicants on viewings
- Negotiating terms between the Landlord and Tenant
- Liaising with Inventory Clerks, Relocation Agents and Contractors
- Acting for the Landlord,
- Assist in the smooth running of the Lettings Team
- Managers retain ultimate responsibility for the Lettings Team and coordinate the department accordingly; assisting in recruitment and training of staff and in business development.
- Proven track record as a negotiator
- Be articulate
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
- Have a UK drivers licence and own car
- Live within the Borough or Richmond or very close.
