About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, negotiating lettings agreements, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
- Negotiate lettings agreements and ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in residential lettings
- Confident dealing with people and providing excellent customer service
- Approachable, helpful, and project positivity
- Takes pride in work and strives for excellence
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Full UK driving license
What We Offer:
A competitive basic salary plus on-target earnings, set to be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000. Our company also offers an extensive benefits package, including ongoing training and development, generous holiday allowance, access to high-profile events, and more.
