Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide recruitment and selection advice to recruiting managers in line with the resourcing strategy
  • Provide support for additional recruitment activity e.g. recruitment fairs and open days, and other resourcing events as appropriate either in a physical presence to run the day or consultative guidance

  • Recruitment/HR experience
  • Experienced recruiter with a track record of volume recruitment at management level e.g. in a recruitment role or large scale start up
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across the business
  • Experience of working in the logistics sector or complementary business
