Summary of position

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and advocate for a product ecosystem vision, establishing seamless user experiences across a suite of interrelated products serving drug design and discovery
  • Work with product managers and developers to create usercentred design concepts and prototypes
  • Develop human interface guidelines that can be applied across products and product categories
  • Expand human interface guidelines into wider design system(s), to facilitate consistent acrossproduct experiences, in collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and analyse research outcomes, to inform product design decisions; for example, through user feedback sessions and journey mapping workshops
  • Ensure that designs and product journey experiences are aligned with business goals and user needs
  • Communicate UX concepts clearly and at an appropriate level with a variety of stakeholders, including colleagues, collaborators, and customers
  • Work effectively across and between multiple teams, ensuring that a consistent user experience vision is developed and executed across a suite of products
  • Ensure that UX topics are effectively prioritised and that wastage and rework is reduced, in collaboration with product managers

Requirements:

  • Educated to bachelor's or master's degree level in a relevant field, such as UX design, humancomputer interaction, psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years professional UX experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and accomplishments
  • Expertise in collaborative UX design tools for wireframing / prototyping
  • Experience with agile development processes and working with developers to implement designs
  • Advocate of UX best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
