As the Business Psychologist & Product Owner for our psychometric assessment suite, you will play a vital role in shaping and advancing our assessment products and technology, including AI solutions. You will oversee the entire project management process for product development initiatives and studies, ensuring their successful implementation from start to finish. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will offer strategic insights and manage complex development projects.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Product owner of the CORE assessment suite
  • Lead the development and improvement of assessment products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including experts in psychometrics, technology, and consulting.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle for developing assessment and development solutions, from defining requirements to launch, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and independent approach to solving problems and making decisions, enabling efficient navigation of projects.
  • Review and enhance assessment standards to maintain the validity and applicability of products, while also seeking opportunities to improve flexibility in assessment methodologies.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of psychometrics to contribute to the design and validation of assessment tools, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and validity.

*This position is remote and home-based, suitable for candidates residing in Europe.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE WE SEEKING?

  • Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in the consulting and human capital sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of overseeing end-to-end projects, showcasing exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make well-considered decisions to ensure project success.
  • Proven expertise in psychometrics, including the capacity to understand and lead the development and validation of assessment tools. Familiarity with or willingness to learn to use SPSS/Jamovi/R (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Technical aptitude to effectively communicate business needs to technology teams. Solid understanding of software related to assessments.
  • Experience in constructing and managing assessment systems or platforms with a focus on user experience would be advantageous.
  • Any prior exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions would be beneficial.
  • Strategic thinking and a strong inclination for innovation and enhancement.
