Middlesbrough, Middlesbrough, United Kingdom Double Eleven Full time

As a global gaming company, we've helped millions to fight their way through fearsome mobs in Minecraft Dungeons, battle each other and the environment in Rust Console Edition and most recently worked with Bethesda Game Studios to craft new adventures for Vault Dwellers around the world in Fallout 76.

Most recently, we worked with Rockstar Games to bring the beloved western experience Red Dead Redemption and its horror companion Undead Nightmare together for the first time on the Nintendo Switch and modern PlayStation systems

We're looking for a Workplace Experience Lead to join our award winning team in Middlesbrough (UK), home to the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline and countryside.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring a seamless experience in a busy Games Studio HQ. This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive, safe, and engaging work environment for all employees. To ensure that Double Eleven's work environments, workplace and quality of life services reflect a culture that fosters collaboration, creativity and innovation to raise the team's engagement levels, productivity and ultimate happiness.

Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, you will help shape our Company wide events, Studio Facilities, and Business Operations, all with a view of enhancing our teams wellbeing and experience whilst at work. Being a varying role we are excited to offer this opportunity to join the Workplace Experience team and are looking for an individual who has excellent multitasking and management skills with a keen interest in improving systems, processes and overall the studio environment of those around them.

We strive to avoid crunch. Overtime is optional and always paid, and we offer flexible working hours to allow you to enjoy a normal family life whilst making great games.

We can support UK relocation and have a dedicated People team on standby to assist you and your family with every step to us.

Strictly no agencies (sorry guys) and we're unable to sponsor a visa for this role.

The closing date for all the applications is 30th June 2024. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as we may close this advert early if a large volume of applications is received.
