About the role
As a supply Lecturer, your role will encompass various responsibilities aimed at providing the very best of learning experiences to our students.
You will also play a key role in curriculum development, staying updated with industry trends and standards to ensure students receive relevant and up to date training.
Additionally, you may be tasked with providing guidance on career pathways, industry certifications and work placements to assist students in transitioning successfully into the workplace.
About youTeaching qualification i.e. AET, PTLLS, PGCE, certificate in education
Assessors' qualification i.e. A1, D33/D34, CAVA, TAQA, IQA
Level 3 or equivalent qualification in teaching subject area.
Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
Experience interacting with 16–19-year-olds in education or apprentice setting.
Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Vision for Education
Construction specialism
Bricklaying/Brickwork
Multi-skills
Plumbing / Gas / Heating
Electrical Installation
Plastering
Carpentry and Joinery
Painting and Decorating etc.
